Introduction - any questions?
Hello to all readers from UCL Project Management MAST3001 and MASTGC01. I'll be sharing issues about tools and techniques, in particular the project planning coursework.

- You have a question about some issue related to the course, or I'm sitting in the bath and suddenly a thought occurs to me. Eureka!
- You ask me in class or by email, either way the question deserves more than a simple answer, so:
- Rather than run naked to the middle of the quad, shouting (that mode of publication never really caught on, and might not even have occured when everybody thinks it did, see below), I will sit in my office and write up the answer here on this blog.

The famed mathematician made many important scientific contributions. Was this exclamation really one of them?
- Because I want lots of interesting questions, no matter how seemingly silly, I'll keep the names of the original questioner to myself.

Hi!
I have been battling with allocating resources in Microsoft Project, do units represent for example people? if 1 person is required for a job, how can that be allocated in Microsoft Project given the constraint of a team being limited to 5 people.
