Saw you liked the Beatles! Just a quick question about question 2...Just to make sure that the implementation cost of 700Kis the same for both Mark and Yvette's projects?I reckon so, but I'd thought I'd just make sure.

You're right. as a general principle, if the case intends different costs for different projects / options, it will say so explicitly.

Also, for the first one, I've done everything asaccurately as possible, using all decimal places, is this OK? Or could I be penalised for bad presentation for not making it more simple and rounding down?

Generally, no more than 2 decimal places (to represent pence) is needed. Don't go any greater than that - that's just unnecessary clutter. I don't even mind if the pence are rounded out - that shouldn't make a material difference to the answer. If it does, then the financial viability of the project is clearly dodgy.

But just wondering, for decision trees, if there are 2 proposals, both of which could be rejected, should we still place both on one decision tree, or make two different trees, with one branch as the option to do the proposed project and the other to not do anything?

Generally, it depends on presentation. My preference would be to show alternative options on the same tree to enable ease of comparison. It's not always possible (e.g. if there are loads of options and not enough space on a page) - but should be do-able with two options.
