Schedule Risk vs Risk in general

what is the difference between the schedule risks and risk management? Do they overlap?

Schedule risks are EITHER: risks to the schedule (risks whose Impact includes change to the schedule) OR Features of the schedule that effectively increases project risk(like a highly critical task or a task with lots of predecessors). Clearly this overlaps with Risk Management in general.
